Job Summary

The VP, Strategic Accounts, drives strategic growth by maintaining search agreements through a consultative approach. This role focuses on building strong relationships with key decision-makers, providing industry insights, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client solutions. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of healthcare staffing trends, competitive landscape, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand strategic client relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Identify and engage potential partners to introduce new service lines and solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across all service lines for assigned accounts.
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline, ensuring resources align with volume growth.
  • Drive placement volume and achieve performance targets through proactive demand generation.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including client visits and presentations.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with third-party entities.
  • Increase market share for AMN service offerings through consultative selling and relationship management.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree plus 7–10 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9–12 years of experience.
  • Proven success in sales strategy, negotiation, and account management.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting client relationships..
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare staffing or related sales environment.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to leverage data-driven insights to influence client decisions.

    Pay Rate: $101,000 - $126,000 Salary

    Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
