Job Summary

    The Recruitment Manager I, RPO will directly support a Healthcare System by building committed, positive relationships with the clients’ HR Team to attract hardworking Healthcare Professionals (HP) to join their team. The Recruitment Manager will also take an active role in the development of Recruitment Coordinators and Recruiters in conjunction with the Client Delivery Manager.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and complete sourcing strategies by applying various databases, job boards, and social media platforms to expand the network of qualified Healthcare Professionals.
    • Screen and qualify Healthcare Professionals based on licensure, skills, and compatibility with open positions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
    • Cultivate a consultative relationship with Healthcare Professionals, understanding their needs and motivating them to pursue suitable job opportunities.
    • Present comprehensive candidate profiles to the Hiring Team, emphasizing relevant work history, skills, and intangible qualities for effective placement.
    • Exceed daily and weekly critical indicator goals to consistently meet production standards, regularly updating efficiency reports.
    • Coordinate and handle pre-employment paperwork for client processes, ensuring smooth onboarding of Healthcare Professionals.
    • Act as a liaison between various collaborators, maintaining timely communication and leading expectations to uphold client happiness and reputation.
    • Develop collaborative partnerships with internal departments, chipping into increased candidate flow and client leads, and supporting the training and onboarding of new employees.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Associate’s Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Experience in the recruitment process outsourcing and/or healthcare staffing industry
      • Recruiting experience or experience within a high-volume, metrics-driven sales environment
      • Experience in heavy phone recruiting (sales, inside sales, corporate recruiting, agency recruiting)

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate: $23.25 - $29.00 Hourly

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
