Job Summary

    The Senior Manager, Contracts Administration, leads operations of the Client Contract Administration team by ensuring critical initiatives are aligned with Shared Services and business line leadership. This position ensures the consistent application of standardized requirements across clients.

    Work Location:
    Remote-friendly. However, candidates located within 50 miles of one of our office hubs will follow a hybrid work model.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Leads daily team operations by coaching individual performance, reinforcing customer service, and fostering a motivated team dynamic to build policies & procedures and implement critical initiatives.
    • Monitors and reviews client contract processing to increase the speed and accuracy of contract updates and activations.
    • Balances workload requirements across the team while working closely with internal partners to ensure Client Contract Entry targets are achieved accurately and efficiently.
    • Advances issues across Business Services or Sales partners for the purpose of improving back-office efficiencies and delivering valuable client services.
    • Quantifies and measures performance by generating business reports to diagnose potential opportunities and ensure team objectives are met. Mentors team members to build and improve both soft skills and technical prowess.
    • Partners with the Legal and Sales departments to develop contract language that adheres to State and Federal guidelines and industry standards. Assesses the current business environment and analyzes feedback from the team and management to update policies & procedures continually.
    • Fosters an environment of teamwork, diligence, and customer service to heighten team engagement and retention. Conducts and interprets compliance audits for accuracy and requirement fulfillment to address non-compliance and elevate performance as part of the Audit Committee.
    • Presents to the Executives every quarter to deliver metrics based on established service level agreements.
    • Partners with management to provide insight into workforce costs to improve the return on resource expenditures. Identifies process improvement opportunities based on aggregate performance results to propose, plan, and implement progressive initiatives within and across quality service teams.​
    • Organizes and prioritizes new contracts, renewals, addendums, and amendments to ensure prompt processing and completion.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Experience in contract administration and process management
      • Experience in leadership and project management

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate: $108,500 - $129,000 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
