Job Summary
The Reporting Analyst I provide analytics on healthcare industry standards, AMN and Associate Vendor/Vendor Management System fulfillment and pipeline efficiencies impacting client happiness. This position evaluates, designs, builds and supports all aspects of the development of system reports using Microsoft Windows platforms. The role will help provide reporting for our Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients and help provide insight into our world-class delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Runs all scorecard and daily reports, and assist in running Vendor Management System /Associate Vendor reporting.
- Completes data analysis for internal meetings.
- Supports the creation and validation of Client Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Designs and develops reports to be deployed across the Enterprise Reporting Applications.
- Develops, improves, and details the current reporting architecture.
- Automates and visualizes data out of Vendor Management System data marts; build interfaces to allow transparency and insight into the pipeline and fill rate for our clients.
- Collaborates with other IT/Development and Business groups to understand functionality, scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements to better translate these requirements into components for our application development framework.
- Draft executive summaries, written reports, and presentations of findings as necessary. Recommends and implements various presentations, internal or external.
- Works within the Sales Operations Reporting team to build out a 360 degree view of our Managed Service Provider customers.

Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
- Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience
Additional Experience
- Experience in development with Visual Basic 60
- Experience in crafting SQL Reporting Service reports
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate: $27.25 - $32.25 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
