Job Summary
The Professional Services Specialist leads the account management function for the division by driving business growth plans, participating in central initiatives and implementing action plans for developing and engaging team members to increase fill rate, market share, revenue, and profitability of the division and AMN Healthcare. The Manager leads the managed services program operations and delivery of candidates through the managed services program.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive education for new and current Interim Leaders and Physicians on all AMN policies and procedures.
- Initiates interim engagement processes to prepare the Interim Leader or Physician for their first day at the client organization.
- Applies systems and processes to accurately document engagement details.
- Communicates with and supports Interim Leaders and Physicians throughout their engagement to ensure success for the Interim Leader.
- Researches and resolves one off Interim Leader/Physician issues that may arise during their assignment, in a professional customer service manner.
- Assists in special projects and other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
- Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience
Additional Experience
- Experience in sales or account management
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate: $19.50 - $24.25 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
