Job Summary

    The Product Owner oversees the work of our scrum teams, gathering feature requests and prioritizing tasks. They coordinate sprints with the Scrum Master and mentor team members, driving efficiency and improvement. Responsible for delivering high-impact, detailed products that align with our company's vision and deliver significant customer value.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Collaborate closely with the Product Management team and incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap and backlog.
    • Collaborate with the Product Management team to groom and prioritizes the product backlog
    • Develop user stories and define achievable acceptance criteria.
    • Set sprint goals and define sprint backlogs with the engineering teams.
    • Keep track of industry trends and best practices.
    • Work closely with the Product Management team and incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap & backlog.
    • Sprint planning and feature release milestones working with Program & Product Management.
    • Follow the progress of work and address detail/information issues during sprints.
    • Interpret functional requirements and requests of end-users.

    Key Skills

    • Ability to define testable stories, experience with INVEST and SMART a plus
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Decision-making ability

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 6-9 years of work experience

      Certifications

      • Certified Scrum Professional – Scrum Master (Preferred)
      • Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)

      Additional Experience

      • Experience managing a full implementation and overseeing a project life cycle Have a detailed understanding of the integration between applications
      • Continuous commercial experience as a Product Manager or similar role in product management
      • Experience working with Cloud Service Providers on a cloud-based platform
      • Experience implementing and performing SCRUM using modern online tools

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate: $90,000 - $107,000 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
