International Staffing Client Sales Manager

Location: Remote – United States

Job Summary

The International Staffing Client Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business growth and maintaining client relationships through a consultative, relationship-based sales approach. This role focuses on acquiring and expanding search agreements by engaging with client decision-makers, identifying staffing needs, and aligning solutions that deliver value.

The successful candidate will stay current on industry trends, maintain accurate and timely client and sales records, and provide regular performance and pipeline reporting to leadership. This role partners closely with internal teams to support demand generation, placement execution, and market expansion for AMN’s international staffing services.

Key Responsibilities

Client Development & Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with current and prospective clients by providing timely, high-quality service.
  • Execute a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and position appropriate international staffing solutions.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities to drive demand, including client outreach and onsite or virtual visits as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party partners to support company growth initiatives.

Sales Growth & Market Expansion

  • Identify and assist in pursuing new partner targets to expand revenue opportunities and introduce new service lines.
  • Support market share growth for AMN’s international staffing service offerings.
  • Assist in growing overall volume and revenue through demand generation and successful placement execution.
  • Manage and support the sales pipeline to ensure appropriate resourcing as volume scales.

Collaboration & CRM Management

  • Develop a strong understanding of AMN’s services and support cross-functional teams as needed across accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and transactions within CRM systems.
  • Provide timely reporting and insights to management on pipeline health, client activity, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s Degree with 5–7 years of relevant work experience
    OR High School Diploma/GED with 7–9 years of relevant work experience in consultative sales

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in healthcare staffing, international staffing, or related sales environments preferred
  • Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or account management roles

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
  • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

    Pay Rate: $76,000 - $94,500 Salary

    Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
