Job Summary

    The Financial Analyst is responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analyses such as revenue growth, margin expansion, expense management, rate of return, depreciation, and key operating metrics. This role provides analysis for forward-looking financial and business-related projects.  This individual will be part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team supporting the Technology & Workforce Solution reporting segment, with a specific focus on the Language Services business.  

     

    Job Responsibilities 

    • Analyzes revenues, cost of sales, gross margins, SG&A expenses, overall profitability and KPI metrics for the Language Services business. 

    • Assists with the preparation and analysis of internal financial documents. 

    • Performs analysis of projected and actual results. 

    • Facilitates annual and quarterly budgets and financial forecasts. 

    • Responsible for the development of operational reports for management and the Financial Planning & Analysis team. 

    • Resolves accuracy of the reported financial information. 

    • Develops and maintains financial reporting tools. 

    • Interacts with other internal departments to accurately analyze financial and operational performance.

    Qualifications 

    Education & Years of Experience 

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar area of focus  

    • 2+ years of work experience in a similar FP&A role 

    • Master’s degree (preferred) 

     

    Certifications 

    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (preferred) 

    • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) (preferred) 

    • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) (preferred) 

     

    Work Environment / Physical Requirements

    • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
    • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

      Pay Rate: $56,500 - $67,000 Salary

      Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
