Hybrid role: San Diego, CA and Dallas, TX-Tuesday and Thursday in Office

Job Summary

    The Enterprise Finance Applications Lead  oversees the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of financial systems within an organization. This role involves managing the ERP system, supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity. Additionally, they collaborate with business teams to identify process improvements and implement new features or system upgrades. 

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provides direct leadership over the implementation of an enterprise suite of products and 3rd party applications that support the strategic direction of AMN.
    • Leads the team to define, document, and standardize business needs, business processes, flows, and deployment.
    • Supports the business initiatives in the design, development, and implementation of plans to translate enterprise information system objectives into functional business systems.
    • Coordinates information/data changes that occur as part of the system life cycle to ensure consistency.
    • Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, especially regarding future business expansion.
    • Crafts and owns the Enterprise Applications budget and provides input in the administration of related budgets.
    • Develop and execute strategies for enterprise finance applications, including PeopleSoft and other related systems. 

    Key Skills

    • Knowledge of PeopleCode, SQR (Structured Query Reporter), PeopleTools, SQL (Structured Query Language), Application Engine, or other high-level programming languages
    • Strong collaborative skills to work across multiple partner groups to translate business strategies, initiatives, goals, and objectives into project proposals
    • Ability to communicate technical concepts and break down sophisticated business problems into easily understood communications
    • Leadership quality including the ability to empower, encourage, counsel, and facilitate individuals and teams to take ownership and accountability for the goals
    • Groundbreaking leadership skills with deep understanding & practical application of organizational change framework that enables the continued transition of activities in alignment with AMN strategy

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Experience in Enterprise Applications leading projects with a budget of $1 million in spend
      • Peoplesoft background is required
      • Account Receivables(A/R)
      • Maintaining the General Ledger(GL)

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate: $113,500 - $134,500 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
