Job Summary

    The Division Vice President, Physician & Leadership Account Management executes the strategic vision of the organization on driving market share, brand awareness, and revenue generation. Oversee and drive account management teams for new sales activity, development of new accounts, maximizing current accounts, and generating new order demand.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develops innovative project plans to increase divisional revenue and profitability by designing innovative approaches and/or processes that meet return on investment benchmarks.
    • Takes the lead to formalize the department vision into practical plans and initiatives that impact team building, department culture, cross-functional communication, and talent retention.
    • Leads cross-functional meetings, sometimes on behalf of senior leadership, to discuss, design, and implement division initiatives, process changes, and team development opportunities.
    • Interprets and translates divisional & enterprise-wide company goals in terms of operations plans and production expectations for team members.
    • Manages division headcount through ongoing performance evaluations according to competency and productivity standards.
    • Interviews internal and external candidates using a blend of proficiency and performance talent assessment approaches.
    • Facilitates team meetings to cascade strategic updates, process changes, and skill development opportunities.
    • Interprets sales management reports on individual production.
    • Holds team members accountable to develop new skills and increase production through motivation, coaching, and the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process.
    • Partners with team members to discuss career interests and development needs using the Individual Development Plan (IDP) process to agree upon action steps that support personal, professional, and business growth.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 19+ years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Experience in a healthcare staffing role
      • Experience in a management or supervisory role
      • Experience building strong relationships with key partners and decision makers
      • Experience with Salesforce
      • Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate: $110,500 - $138,000 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
