Job Summary

    The Division Vice President, International Search provides leadership and direction for achieving revenue goals for the Sales & Account Management and operational processes for international Nurse candidates, both temp-to-perm and direct hire while achieving excellent customer satisfaction scores with an emphasis on quality and customer service. This position directs the daily operations and staff responsible for Client Sales and Account Management.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Directs and coordinates daily activities for the Client Sales & Account Management functions including
    • Marketing plan, Territory Plan, Salesforce tracking and reporting, Team training and development & new business acquisition.
    • Manages Client escalations and provides solutions that meet the needs of our internal and external partners.
    • Reviews, audits and reports on key trends for Sales and Account Management including demand tracking (orders), contracts won and size of deals closed by revenue forecasted.
    • Directs, manages and guides staff responsible for performing Client sales & Account Management.
    • Produces and reviews periodic productivity and financial achievement reports for the business unit and establish goals for upcoming month.
    • Partners with operational and recruitment departments to coordinate strategies aimed at achieving corporate sales and service objectives.
    • Reinforces leadership development expectations by coaching managers and directors in real time, and staying current on strategies.
    • Incorporates sophisticated talent planning methods into strategic plans to manage succession, build career paths drive engagement and deliver on service expectations.
    • Creates and adapts performance measures that stay current with company and industry changes by aligning metrics vertically and horizontally across organization.
    • Reinforces and advocates for the talent management processes across the department to raise awareness for the value of career growth and leadership development.
    • Implements engagement action plans by interpreting department and division engagement survey results in partnership with Human Resources.
    • Addresses performance and behavioral issues directly with leaders and team members by investigating and diagnosing root cause.
    • Holds team members accountable to SMART goals.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 14+ years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Prior sales leadership experience
      • knowledge and interest in operational processes that support customer delivery.

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate: $132,000 - $165,000 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
