Job Summary

The Culture & Belonging Program Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end management and execution of enterprise‑wide employee experience programs that strengthen engagement, connection, and recognition.

This role serves as the program owner for key Culture & Belonging initiatives including employee recognition programs, engagement and listening surveys, peer mentoring, and annual employee awards. The position is highly operations‑, project management‑, and analytics‑focused, partnering closely with HR, People Analytics, Internal Communications, and business leaders to translate employee insights into scalable action.

Location: Dallas, Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite

Essential Job Functions

Program Management & Ownership

  • Own end‑to‑end execution of Culture & Belonging programs, including:
    • Employee recognition programs
    • Employee engagement and listening surveys
    • Peer mentoring programs (including new launches)
    • Annual employee awards and VIP recognition initiatives
  • Design, enhance, and operationalize recognition initiatives that reinforce organizational values.
  • Manage multiple programs simultaneously while ensuring consistent delivery and quality.

Employee Listening & Data Insights

  • Serve as program owner for the employee experience survey in partnership with People Analytics and HR.
  • Support survey design, administration, reporting, and insights.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and connections across programs.
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations, dashboards, and executive‑ready materials.

Project Management & Operations

  • Lead detailed project planning, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and testing plans.
  • Track progress, manage documentation, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate vendors and manage operational logistics for employee programs and events.
  • Provide periodic onsite support for engagement initiatives as needed.
  • Adapt plans as business priorities evolve.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Partner cross‑functionally with HR, Internal Communications, Culture leaders, People Analytics, and business stakeholders.
  • Create toolkits, guides, and communications to enable leader and team participation.
  • Ensure programs are inclusive, scalable, and aligned with organizational values and employee needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience
    OR
  • High School Diploma / GED with 9–11 years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing enterprise‑level employee experience, engagement, recognition, or culture programs.
  • Strong program and project management experience across multiple initiatives.
  • Experience analyzing employee data, surveys, or dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Prosci Change Management certification
  • Six Sigma Green Belt (GB)
  • Experience with employee listening or recognition platforms (e.g., Perceptyx, Culture Amp, or similar)
  • Experience coordinating vendors and operational logistics
  • Prior people leadership or program leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to connect insights across multiple programs

At AMN we recognize that in-person connections have value and promote collaboration. You will be expected to come into an AMN Healthcare office at a frequency dependent on the work arrangement for your role.

Pay Rate: $82,000 - $97,500 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
