Job Summary
The Consultant I, Technical Client Implementation, provides technical implementation build updates, consultation, and support, inclusive of AMN Managed Programs and customer-directed programs. Ensures that compliance-driven technology updates are made in a timely and accurate manner. All systems are both internal and client-facing facing impacting compliance and financial processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Manages ticket support to update client-facing technology, including ShiftWise, Medefis, and FieldGlass
- Support overflow Technical and Build Implementation projects and assist other team members with reporting capabilities from the BI Power tool, or database SQL reports.
- Meets and works with internal teams such as Account Management, Credentialing, Support, and Billing on build updates using reports and process documents to identify needed updates and execute updates.
- Ensures the success of system regression testing and process updates derived from new technology updates.
- Ensure all updates are held to client build requirements and SOX compliance, including enforcing company policies and procedures as directed by executive management.
- Maintains documentation library for build requirements.
- Trains PSG resources on new process updates and new offshore resources.
- Serve as escalation and decision maker for tickets from the support offshore team.
- Manage all escalations and workflow of the offshore support team
- Develop documents and data for BOT updates in tech and/or manual effort by the Offshore team
- Run and manage all Supplier Association audits
- Creates scripts for technology access
- Knowledge in SQL, creation of templates, running scripts, and troubleshooting
- Creates new tools to make the team more efficient while ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Education & Years of Experience

Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
Additional Experience

Experience with healthcare and/or staffing operations, project management, or equivalent

SaaS Implementations experience

SQL, web services, Visual studios, and Microsoft Power BI
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.

Pay Rate: $66,500 - $79,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
