Job Summary

    The International Recruiter II is responsible for identifying highly qualified International candidates by prescreening clinical experience, National Council's Licensure Examination (NCLEX), English status, and eligibility for US Immigration. The Recruiter will be impacting fill rate, revenue, and profitability.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Exceeds daily and weekly goals to consistently grow new Clinician pipeline.
    • Plans a prospecting strategy according to market demand weekly using the Salesforce database to contact as many potential leads as possible, via phone and email, to establish relationships and expand the sales network.
    • Updates in the candidate database (Salesforce) in terms of accurate contact information, qualifications, and communications to engage candidates for a clinical assessment.
    • Qualifies eligible candidates based on the National Council's Licensure Examination (NCLEX), and passed and current English/current Visa screen.
    • Consults with Clinician on a current situation and ideal situation, probing for underlying agenda to measure the Clinician’s dedication to the program.
    • Qualify the Clinician’s likelihood to place promptly according to immigration, licensure, availability, skills, and potential fit to prioritize sales focus and settle for the highest probability of booking.
    • Ensures that a contract and a copy of the 'Code for the Ethical Recruitment of International Clinicians' is being sent to the Clinician and that the principles are upheld at all times throughout the recruitment process.
    • Articulates plans of action that address the Clinician’s career needs by educating on future opportunities, market conditions, and realistic timelines to engage and demonstrate how AMN International Nursing can best meet their long-term professional expectations.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Experience in a customer service/sales or recruiting role
      • Proficient experience in Microsoft Office

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate: $20.25 - $25.25 Hourly

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
