Job Summary

The Client Services Lead is a mid-level position for client services. The lead will assist with the Job order process under the direction of a Client Services Manager, gain understanding of the VMS technologies, and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one of the technologies used by AMN Healthcare

This position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence 2–3 days per week at the client’s location in Minot, ND. The specific days onsite will be based on the client’s needs and may require flexibility.

Job Duties:

  • Use of the Vendor Management Service (VMS) Technologies used (currently 3).

  • Job Order Management: Post, fill, cancel, and offer extensions at the direction of the client (based on service level offering)

  • Confirmation Management: adjustments to bill rate and start/end dates of contract, send welcome letters

  • Respond to Supplier, internal, and customer inquiries promptly, utilizing customer focus techniques and clear communication to educate on the process and resolve issues.

  • Staff profile management: prescreen candidates, virtual interview management, set up interviews with the client, and decline and reject staff profile submissions.

  • Can we add to Job Duties: Collaborate with the compliance and onboarding teams to streamline processes and avoid missed or delayed starts

  • Collaborate with Billing/Accounts Receivable team members to share workload to ensure achievement of team deadlines and deliverables, and ensure time is approved timely manner without revenue leakage.

  • Run Client reports (scheduled or on demand), create Customer Support tickets using Salesforce for technical support with Supplier additions, building additional units or facilities, etc.

  • A Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one of the VMS technologies.

  • Understanding existing processes and contributing fresh ideas to enhance team efficiency and implement new, streamlined workflows.

Qualifications

    Education & Years of Experience

    • High School Diploma/GED plus 5-7 years of work experience

    Work Environment / Physical Requirements

    • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
    • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

      Pay Rate: $24.50 - $29.25 Hourly

      Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
