Our Application and Interview Process

Step 1: Application

Select a position that you believe is the best fit for yourself and your career. Don’t forget to check the requirements before you apply.

Step 2: Exploratory Conversation

If your skillset aligns with the position, we will set aside a 15–30-minute exploratory call with Talent Acquisition where you can ask questions and tell us what you’re interested in.

Step 3: Phone Interview

If you’re selected for the next step after the exploratory call, Talent Acquisition will be in touch for a more in-depth interview explaining additional details about the position.

Step 4: Meet the Hiring Team

If your skillset aligns with the position, you will have an opportunity to meet the Hiring Team. This will be either virtual or in-person depending on the position.

Step 5: Decision

Talent Acquisition will be in touch after the interviews are completed. The decision will be made based on feedback from the interview process.

How can I prepare for my interview?

AMN utilizes behavior-based interviewing to assess the knowledge and skills needed for most roles. In this style of interview, the interviewer asks specific examples of how you have performed or responded in a particular scenario or how you would handle a similar business problem in the future. Please come prepared to share relevant skills, people, processes, and timelines that would facilitate success in this role. You will receive an interview prep guide as part of your interview confirmation.

What if I need accommodation for the interview?

How long is the hiring process typically?

How do I view my offer letter after accepting a position?

Log into your Candidate homepage via Workday and click on the “Manage” button next to the position you’ve been offered. Then click on “View Tasks.” On the screen you will see your tasks that still need to be completed as well as your completed tasks. Please note, if there are ANY items under “View Tasks” section, you have not finalized your hire process. Please ensure to complete each and every task listed until nothing shows as an actionable item.
