Location: TX - Dallas
Vice President, Recruiting
The role is Dallas based and there is an expectation to be onsite a minimum of 3 days/week.
As the Vice President, Recruiting, you will be the driving force to shape the future of Locum tenens physician recruitment. You will craft and implement recruitment strategies that attract talent to fuel business growth and align recruitment efforts with overall business goals and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and Drive Strategic Recruitment Initiatives: Collaborate with division leadership to forecast workforce demands and implement data-driven strategies that optimize recruitment performance, attract candidates and improve fill rates, and support long-term business growth.
· Optimize Talent and Retention: Lead all aspects of the design and execution of sourcing, recruitment, and retention strategies that build and sustain a strong pipeline of high-caliber physicians, including targeted specialty expansion efforts.
· Drive Operational and Financial Results: Implement recruitment strategies that align with revenue, margin, and budget objectives, increasing return on investment from lead sources while improving overall efficiency.
· Lead with Influence, Vision and Accountability: Establish clear performance expectations and cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement to elevate team performance and outcomes within a matrixed environment in which you lead to successful outcomes regardless of hierarchy.
· Empower and Develop Talent: Apply leadership development, training, and succession planning to cultivate a high-performing team that is engaged, adaptable, and ready for future challenges.

Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of staffing agency experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 14+ years of dynamic staffing leadership experience.
· 5+ years leading leaders.
· Demonstrated success in identifying and implementing recruitment strategies.
· Demonstrated success in a matrixed environment.
· Expertise in using technology, AI, enterprise software, and cloud platforms to optimize recruitment processes.
· Committed to being on site a minimum of 3-days per week.
· Healthcare recruitment or healthcare systems experience preferred.

Pay Rate: $132,000 - $165,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
