Job Description

• The Workplace Diversity Summer Associate (Intern) will support the Workplace Diversity Manager in the development of diversity, equality and Inclusion initiatives to include:
• Researching diversity, equality and Inclusion leading practices in the workforce solutions industry
• Developing diversity, equality and inclusion resources for team members on inclusive language
• Analysis of engagement survey data through a diversity, equality and inclusion lens to identify opportunities for supporting historically underrepresented staff
• Conduct an oral history project to capture the previous diversity, equality and inclusion efforts at AMN and compile diversity, equality and inclusion initiatives in central location.
• The Intern will gain experience conducting research, developing diversity, equality and inclusion resources, and enhancing their competencies in regards to workplace and workforce DEI efforts.

Minimum Experience:

• Graduate College student
• Minimum of a 3.0 GPA
