Job Description
The Legal Summer Associate (Intern) will assist with contract review; privacy review; letters to clients; BAA/NDA analysis; updating guides for reviewing various document types; listen in on various calls, including negotiation and internal discussions. The Intern will gain exposure to a wide range of issues (including contracts, employment law, trademark, and privacy) and experience what in-house counsel supports.
 
Location: San Diego, CA – hybrid (mix of virtual and in office)
Summer Associate roles will primarily be in one of our AMN office hubs with majority of their time reporting to the office location.

Minimum Experience:

• Graduate College student, – required law student 
• Minimum of a 3.0 GPA

Key Skills:

• 3rd year law student with applicable knowledge and skillset
