The Learning and Talent Development Summer Associate (Intern) will be supporting a variety of initiatives and projects.
• Week of Learning -assisting in creating infographics and completing operational tasks.
• AMN Connections (Internal Intranet) Updates
• Updating and organizing the LT&D content repository
• Producing Learning Lounge sessions (weekly learning opportunities for Leaders within the organization)
• Researching and developing accessibility guidelines
• SharePoint organization, creating guidelines for maintenance
• Training cohort – organization and production of large group training
• AMN Mentorship Program (AMP) project support

LTD interns have a unique experience as part of the HR team. Through their project work, interns will have the opportunity to strengthen both hard and soft skills, including organization, Excel & ppt, creative thinking, public speaking, influential authority and emotional intelligence, while building relationships and connections with team members from across the organization. Interns can expect to leave the experience knowing they have contributed to improving the training experience for our 4000 plus team members. Location: Dallas, TX –  hybrid (mix of virtual and in office)
Summer Associate roles will primarily be in one of our AMN office hubs with majority of their time reporting to the office location.

Minimum Experience:
Undergraduate or Graduate College student working toward their degree and/or returning to school in the fall
Minimum of a 3.0 GPA

Skills Needed:
Communications, Excel, Share Point, instructional design, educational theory,
Experience in administrative tasks, organization, creativity, emotional and relational intelligence.

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.75 Hourly

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
