Job Summary
The Reporting Analyst I provide analytics on healthcare industry standards, AMN and Vendor Management System fulfillment and pipeline efficiencies impacting client satisfaction. This position evaluates, designs, builds and supports all aspects of the development of system reports. The role will help provide day to day reporting for our major Manage Service Program clients and help provide insight into our extraordinary delivery. The Reporting Analyst works closely with Development teams, Production Operations staff, and contractors on future development and ongoing system management.
Job Responsibilities
- Runs all scorecard and daily reports for the MSP Organization, and assist in running Vendor Management System reporting out of ShiftWise and Fieldglass.
- Completes data analysis for internal meetings.
- Supports the creation and validation of Client Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Designs and develops reports to be deployed across the Enterprise Reporting Applications.
- Develops, improves, and details the current reporting architecture.
- Automates and visualizes data out of VMS data marts; build interfaces to allow visibility and insight into to pipeline and fill rate for our Manage Service Program clients.
- Works in conjunction with other IT/Development and Business groups to understand functionality, scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements from the reporting perspective; and translate these requirements into functional, scalable and reusable components for our application development framework.
- Drafts executive summaries, written reports, and presentations of findings as necessary.

- Works within the Sales Operations Reporting team to build out a 360 degree view of our Manage Service Program customers
Minimum Work Experience
- 2+ years experience in Power BI
- 2+ years experience crafting and developing SQL Reporting Service reports.

Pay Rate: $82,000 - $97,500 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
