Job Summary

    The Senior Lead, Digital Marketing champions candidate experience (CX) projects and executes omnichannel marketing initiatives. This role drives strategy for omnichannel marketing campaigns and candidate experience (CX/UX). In addition, the role engages in conducting VOC studies and identifying innovative methods and technologies to improve the candidate experience.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Strategize for omnichannel journeys to increase personalization and automation
    • Uses journey maps to visualize the candidate experience and identify opportunities to increase candidate engagement and improve conversion rates
    • Uses A/B testing & experimentation to test hypotheses for omnichannel communications
    • Uses marketing automation platforms and web analytics tools to develop tests and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns (email, sms, push & in-app notifications)
    • Works with internal stakeholders to builds journey maps and document business processes and workflows
    • Develops best practices for omnichannel communications to train internal resources
    • Balances multiple projects with internal resources
    • Recommends new features/functionality based on market innovations, customer experience, and conceptualization
    • Tracks and analyzes reporting results for omnichannel marketing campaigns, web analytics, mobile app usage, and candidate lifecycle metrics
    • Manages MarTech platforms and provides support for platform users

    Key Skills

    • Ability to build journey maps, document the holistic candidate experience (CX), and identify opportunities to improve engagement and automation
    • Experience with omnichannel (or multichannel) marketing campaigns and communications (push, in-app, sms, email, chat)
    • Experience cross-platform candidate experience (CX) across mobile app, web app, and social media properties
    • Ability to write marketing requirement documents and work closely with shared resources in areas of design, content, search marketing, and brand management
    • Experience with website analytics and paid media

    Qualifications

    Education & Years of Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
       

    Additional Experience

    • Experience in web marketing and/or web project management
    • Experience in search engine optimization implementation

    Work Environment/Physical Requirements

    • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
    • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

      Pay Rate: $101,000 - $120,000 Salary

      Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
