Job Summary

The Senior Analyst II, Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for timely and accurate budgeting, reporting, and analysis of the operations. This role repairs and or/reviews specified account reconciliations and accounting support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides support and coordination for the organization's external financial reporting processes, including responsibilities associated with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Evaluate monthly comparative operating results and forecasts and prepare a comprehensive reporting package to be provided and presented to senior management.
  • Leads coordination and preparation of quarter-end disclosure schedules within a tight timeframe to support external reporting requirements.
  • Ensures that the documentation appearing in all filings is aligned with all applicable United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Securities Exchange Commission reporting requirements.
  • Performs the research, determination, and execution of proper accounting treatment based on accounting and regulatory advice as required.
  • Maintains and assists in the annual operating plan and periodic forecasting.
  • Assists with the professional development of financial analysts.
  • Facilitates the audit process by preparing and maintaining appropriate documentation to support externally-reported financial and non-financial information.

Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience

Certifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (Preferred)
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) (Preferred)
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) (Preferred)

Additional Experience

  • Background in Operations Finance or Financial Planning &Analysis, with a focus on reporting and financial data
  • Strong financial modeling and quantitative skills
  • Healthcare staffing industry | Preferred

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
  • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate: $83,500 - $99,000 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
