Job Summary

    The Senior Executive Assistant I is responsible for day-to-day functions of the executive and members of internal AMN team. This position handles all administrative and executive support related tasks under minimal supervision and collaborates with internal and external customers. The role partners with other executive assistants within the organization to successfully implement diversified projects and to achieve common goals.

    This role is a temporary position from June 2024 – November 2024

    Job Responsibilities

    • Screen visitors and calls.
    • Manage complex calendars and optimize daily workflow to improve the executive’s time.
    • Plan, coordinate, and set up virtual and in-person meetings, including capturing meeting minutes and following up on action items.
    • Develop, edit, and proofread ad hoc and ongoing presentations, reports, surveys, meeting material, and business correspondence.
    • Prepare and facilitate submission of The Board of Directors meeting materials.
    • Prepare itineraries and pertinent trip files and coordinate conferences, continuing education, and other event registrations.
    • Accurately and timely prepare expense reports, facilitate and code approvals of check requests, purchase orders, invoices, and purchase card transactions.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Prior experience in complex administrative support

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate: $39.50 - $46.75 Hourly

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
