Role Overview
As the Senior Director of Marketing, Candidate Experience, you will be responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition and retention strategies supporting AMN’s nursing, allied, locum tenens and mid-revenue cycle businesses.
You will lead a team of four brand managers and support staff dedicated to each business line to understand current talent needs and build plans based upon market dynamics. At the core, you will be a B2C marketing strategist who can translate strategies into operational plans while developing programs and tactics that drive business unit goals (revenue, EBITDA, customer satisfaction) in the most cost-effective manner. You will focus your efforts on several key areas:

Optimizing the entire candidate lifecycle from acquisition, on-boarding, to retention and increasing the lifetime value of AMN Healthcare’s relationship with Clinicians and Healthcare Providers

Leading the management of AMN Healthcare candidate brand strategy, defining differentiated and relevant value propositions and positioning for each brand to provide the foundation for winning market share.

Establishing a strong pipeline for candidate supply and acquisition, in partnership with digital marketing and key business partners, leveraging best in class marketing techniques to maximize reach and drive preference for AMN Healthcare brands.

Build a candidate experience across all touchpoints in the candidate journey that increases clinician loyalty and significantly impacts retention rates and lifetime value of candidates.
The healthcare staffing industry is experiencing significant change as evolving technologies are enabling new ways to intelligently identify and interact with candidates. You will play an integral role in driving new ways for AMN to leverage these emerging tools.
The Ideal Candidate
To be a strong fit for this opportunity you will have:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related fields with strength in technology or equivalent combination of education and experience; an MBA would be a plus

10 + years in relevant areas within marketing, brand strategy, customer experience and loyalty.

Experience with marketing automation systems, marketing/web analytics and software tools7 years of marketing leadership experience in product or service industry.

Experience in healthcare or staffing industries would be a plus.
You should also be willing and able to travel approximately 30 percent of the time.
Role Specifics
More specifically, your key job tasks will be to:

Lead strategic positioning and brand value proposition for all AMN Healthcare candidate facing brands.

Develop, expand and execute on new and innovative sourcing strategies for AMN recruitment brands.

Be results oriented, to deliver on business targets and drive increase effectiveness of tactics.

Partner with our Analytics team to measure and report on marketing performance.

Partner with cross-functional leaders to map the clinician journey and identify areas for improvement. Develop a strategy for optimizing the clinician journey leveraging candidate feedback, research and digital capabilities.

Create annual business plans, SOW for each aspect of the plan, create timelines and budgets in order to hit annual performance targets. Manage delivery against requirements.

Design and implement candidate loyalty program to increase retention of Healthcare Providers, with particular emphasis on identifying high value candidates.

Optimize the candidate’s digital experience by driving adoption of AMN Healthcare’s passport app and partner with product leaders to suggest and increase adoption.

Lead a dedicated high-performing project team of Brand Managers and manage internal and external working teams in collaboration with Head of Client Experience.

Manages content for lead generation, recruitment websites, social media and mobile applications.

Monitor competitive activity and leading responses to threats and opportunities as identified.

Partner on and may lead implementation of jobs platform content and marketing automation platforms.

Be accountable for vendor selection, management and performance within project budgets and timelines.

Ensure analytic and reporting architecture is in place to demonstrate that initiatives deliver positive financial impact and provide insights to optimize future marketing investments.

Be the subject matter expert on the latest sourcing tools, processes and systems.

Work with key leaders to support the roll-out of multiple project phases.

Pay Rate: $169,500 - $201,500 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
