Job Title: Senior Director, Schools Account Management

Job Summary
The Senior Director of Schools, Account Management is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic placement of onsite therapists and teletherapists to support special education needs in K-12 schools. This role requires deep collaboration with internal teams, including billing, credentialing, recruitment, sales operations, teletherapy, and the RFP team, to ensure successful contract acquisition, fulfillment of staffing orders, and achievement of financial goals. The Senior Director will also guide the development and execution of consultative sales strategies while managing the day-to-day operations of the team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide team members to foster development and success, providing ongoing feedback and conducting performance evaluations to ensure individual and regional success.
  • Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (billing, credentialing, recruitment, sales, operations, and RFP) to streamline the staffing process, ensuring smooth and effective placements of onsite therapists and teletherapists across K-12 schools.
  • Sales & Strategy: Develop and implement consultative sales strategies to help secure new contracts with K-12 institutions and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring placement success and meeting financial performance goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends and competitive intelligence within the K-12 education staffing space to stay ahead of the curve and ensure offerings are in line with evolving needs in education.
  • Training & Mentorship: Collaborate with the recruitment and sales teams to deliver training that ensures best practices for sourcing, placing, and managing healthcare professionals in school environments. Provide mentorship and support for team members in their training and sales efforts.
  • Budget Management: Maintain a cost-containment approach to maximize efficiency, impact gross profit, and manage resources within the approved budget.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor team performance, assess individual results, and ensure KPIs are met. Identify obstacles and implement corrective action plans as needed to meet business goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with K-12 schools, ensuring customer satisfaction and securing long-term contracts for staffing therapy services. This includes travelling to clients & conferences as necessary.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of leadership experience in a related field.

Additional Experience

  • Significant experience in healthcare staffing, specifically in the K-12 school sector.
  • Proven track record in account management, with experience placing therapists or allied healthcare professionals, including teletherapists, in educational settings.
  • Supervisory experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple departments.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), Salesforce, VMS Technologies, Smartsheet, and other relevant tools for team collaboration and data tracking.

Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage remote teams effectively while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Resilient and empathetic leadership style, with a focus on improving outcomes for both clients and staff.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
  • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

    Pay Rate: $101,000 - $126,000 Salary

    Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
