Senior Digital Marketing Lead

• Develop and implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and content strategies that align with business goals and support AMN Healthcare properties  

• CMS super user – Utilizes Episerver to accurately build web and mobile landing pages with SEO standard processes in mind (keywords, meta descriptions, HTML). 

• Innovates new ways to build content that is most relevant to external customers using heatmapping capabilities 

• Collaborates with Digital Marketing team members to build new improvements 

• Collaborates with Paid Media team to build web pages that drive acquisition 

• Analyzes and interprets organic channel traffic / conversion performance for purposes of resolving go-forward action plan 

• Helps lead internal tasks between client and customer experience brand teams 

• Reports on site health and customer lifecycle of domains to leadership 

Metrics responsible for: 

• Website health, organic traffic, leads, apps, engagement rate/ Conversion Rate(CVR) 

Skills: 

• Proven experience as an Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager 
• Proficiency with Client Management System (CMS) Capabilities 
• Knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and HyperText Markup Language (HTML)
• Stay on top of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Integrated Marketing Skills.
• Data driven Mentality
• Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) and can help dialogue Return on investment (ROI) with internal member as well as leadership
• Proficiency with product design techniques
