Job Summary

    The Recruitment Specialist II, Staffing Support initiates contact with clinicians by phone and email to encourage qualified clinicians to apply for open positions and schedule interviews with Recruiters.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responds to incoming leads from potential clinicians promptly, inquiring about their professional, immigration and licensing background to determine if they qualify to be interviewed by a Recruiter.
    • Updates database (Salesforce) in terms of accurate contact information, qualifications, and communications.
    • Creates urgency and gains Clinician’s secure dedication throughout the entire process to improve their profile with accurate and relevant work history, education, skills and reference information.
    • Prioritizes and initiates follow-up calls and tasks with potential candidates by using Salesforce in order to achieve monthly call and email goals.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • High School Diploma/GED plus 5-7 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Experience in sales, recruiting or customer service capacity

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate: $16.00 - $20.00 Hourly

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
