This role is based in Dallas, TX

    The President, Leadership Solutions is accountable for the development and implementation of the overall strategic vision, policies, and procedures of the organization. They are an engaged and innovative leader who has confirmed experience making a significant impact on a growing and evolving organization. This is a role where you will run and grow the business, focus on a combination of services and technology across the organization. They are responsible for the overall strategy to drive and improve gross margin.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead the business in a manner that increases the strategic direction and execution to improve organizational, operational, and financial performance.
    • Report financial results to the CEO, CFO, & Board of Directors including the early identification of market trends, projections detailing revenue, profitability opportunities, and workforce initiatives to refine the strategic operating plans to outpace market factors.
    • Drive revenue and EBITDA through the expansion of current service offerings, customer diversification, and the opportunity for a broader market presence.
    • Set individual and organization-wide goals, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators that align with the organization’s long-range strategic objectives around client success, revenue growth, and product diversity.
    • Be responsible for the implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
    • Identify new business and market opportunities that augment or diversify AMN’s business by working with clients, providers, environmental factors (e.g. legislation), related external businesses, CEO, AMN senior leaders and teams to analyze trends to build new revenue sources.
    • Ensure the quality of technology solutions and meet or exceed client expectations related to service levels and value/outcomes.
    • Nurture a culture of continuous process improvement by soliciting feedback and implementing positive changes across projects.
    • Develop sound business plans, and operating forecasts, to meet the financial goals and objectives of the corporation. and prepare company presentations for monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings on financial and organizational strengths and gaps.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 14+ years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Senior, strategic leadership experience
      • Experienced Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility with shown success
      • Experience translating market/customer needs into innovation and roadmaps
      • Organizational change abilities

        Pay Rate: $224,000 - $280,000 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
