President, Labor Disruption

The President, Labor Disruption is accountable for the development and implementation of the overall strategic vision, policies and procedures for HealthSource Global’s strike and labor disruption staffing. 

Reports To:  Division President, Nurse Staffing Solutions

Core Job Responsibilities:

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, STRATEGY, AND EXECUTION

  • Drive revenue and EBITDA through the expansion of current service offerings, customer diversification, and the opportunity for a broader market presence.
  • Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
  • Set individual and organization-wide goals, objectives, and Key Performance Indicator’s that align to the organization’s long-range strategic objectives around client success, revenue growth and product diversity.
  • Foster a culture of continuous process improvement by soliciting feedback and implementing positive changes across projects.
  • Leadership of large scale and cross functional teams across AMN with both direct and dotted line reporting structure.

 

FINANCIAL PLANNING

  • Recommend yearly budget for AMN’s approval and prudently manage organization's resources within those budget guidelines.
  • Develop sound business plans, and operating forecasts, to meet the financial goals and objectives of the corporation.
  • Assess the financial performance of the organization to ensure alignment with company financial goals and strategy.
  • Continue to develop and implement strategies to improve gross margin.

SALES, RECRUITMENT & OPERATIONS

  • Work closely with internal partners to measurably add value for the sales team and its clients while continually positioning AMN as a strategic partner.
  • Consult clients on strike staffing best practices both onsite and remotely.
  • Manage internal marketing resources to develop, implement, and measure innovative client/candidate strategies.
  • Accompany Client sales team members and subject matter experts in onsite meetings with clients to present HealthSource Global’s strike staffing solution.
  • Oversee operations for large scale emergency staffing projects ranging in size from 50-3000+ replacement staff needed.
  • Provide leadership to internal Operations teams to maximize client and clinician experience for all logistics related to labor disruption events
  • Provide strategic direction and tactical insights to improve sales/fulfillment productivity. Serve as the chief spokesperson for the company, for customers and HealthSource Global/AMN alike.
  • Provide leadership to internal sales/fulfillment teams to maximize demand generation, retention, delivery, customer experience and loyalty.
  • Continuously innovate technology and processes for faster delivery and increased client and clinician experience.
  • Personally build “trusted advisor” relationships with key client executives.

  • Manage internal marketing resources to develop, implement, and measure innovative client/candidate strategies.

Education & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Master’s preferred but not required.
  • 10+ plus years of progressive operational excellence experience, including several years of experience in a combination of the following: strike operations, staffing, process improvement, healthcare recruitment / operations.
  • Event coordination (large scale induction and onboarding) experience and/or emergency planning/incident commander experience would be valuable.
  • Ability to think quickly and critically in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic environment with a heavy workload and a lot of change.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Experience in building and managing large teams.
  • Strong financial, analytics and conceptual skills.
  • Proven track-record leading large teams through successful transformation.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30-60% of the time, with minimal notice at times, based on business needs.

Pay Rate: $176,000 - $220,000 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
