Division Vice President, Physician Solution Sales

DVP, Physician Solution Sales

The Division Vice President, Physician Solution Sales is responsible for the overall coordination of a specific geographic territory. Areas of focus must be client management, revenue generation, resource allocation and territory alignment. The ideal candidate will be able to travel 30-40% of the time and resides in Dallas or is able to relocate.

Job Tasks:

• Leads regional team in thought and planning for sales initiatives

• Leads client management efforts across regional area

• Grows and develops new and existing client relationships across regional area

• Communicates with regional and large team regarding client planning, territory management, and client development

• Makes sales calls to regional healthcare executives to drive business

• Creates and maintains regional forecast

• Travels throughout sales regional growing and developing client relationships

• Maintains team communication through accurate and timely updates of CRM system

• Meets regional revenue goals

• Participates in quarterly Territory Review presentations

• Learn and be able to articulate the AMN Total Talent Solution offering

• Interact with C level executives

Minimum Work Experience

• 3-5 years Sales Leadership experience required

• Staffing and/or healthcare industry experience required

 Minimum Education/Certifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in the fields of business, healthcare, healthcare

• Master’s preferred
