Job Summary
The Director, School Recruitment builds on their success, further leveraging industry knowledge and production expertise! In addition, you will train, coach, and develop team members toward independent efficiency, while maintaining their own high production level, ultimately impacting revenue!
Job Responsibilities
- Provides targeted and specific mentoring to team members.
- Leads and presents at team meetings.
- Runs Production reports on behalf of the division/team.
- Resolves disputes between and with clients/candidates by figuring out the root cause of the dispute and negotiating a mutually acceptable resolution.
- Connects with candidates directly as point of escalation and accountable representation
- Depending on team structure/composition, may perform Senior Director or DVP duties as needed when out of the office or unavailable.
- Completes all core Director job tasks independently and with minimal direction.
- Formulates marketing campaigns to attract candidates by writing direct mail correspondence, creating internet job postings, and communicating with internal departments and divisions.
- Applies and manages all available candidate resources.
- Takes initiative on training topics and collaborates with training partners, participating in the creation of and hosting of trainings where needed.
- Identifies opportunities for performance management and makes timely corrections for ideal production and team success.

Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 11-14 years of work experience
Additional Experience
- Experience in sales or recruiting
- Experience Healthcare staffing
- Experience in a management role
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Outlook and Excel
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate: $86,000 - $107,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
