Job Summary

The Consultant II, Strategic Operations & Execution maintains a broad perspective and understanding of AMN offerings and business platforms. This role is responsible for providing leadership and direction in the development, execution and integration of projects and work streams for their specific Practice and collaboration on Division wide projects. The Consultant II, Strategic Operations & Execution will be responsible for defining competitive differentiation, providing concrete competitive intelligence and maintaining updated competitive data on key competition.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leads Division level projects and initiatives
  • Collaborates with Marketing and Practices in Thought Leadership content development
  • Collaborates in developing and implementing business strategies, plans, and initiatives. Viewed as a trusted advisor and asset by AMN leadership as well as divisional leadership in the analysis and mechanics of execution
  • Gathers intelligence that will improve AMN’s competitive position
  • Improves sales effectiveness by providing fact-based analysis on competitors' offerings
  • Briefs product teams on competitor technologies and marketing/PR teams about competitive messaging and positioning issues
  • Serves as an internal consultant and leader for project management and the associated sequencing and alignment of work streams and initiatives
  • Maintains intimate knowledge of data sources and relevant data points to support ad hoc reporting requests and leverage data to provide insights
  • Manages process improvement initiatives within agreed operational functions. Identifies and implements improvements in process and conducts regular process review cycles

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree | Preferred

Minimum Work Experience

  • 4+ years in healthcare or staffing
  • 5+ years of project management
  • Previous consulting experience and/or sales enablement

Pay Rate: $75,000 - $89,000 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
