TITLE - Recruitment Process Outsourcing Recruiter
OVERVIEW

The Recruitment Process Outsourcing Recruiter is responsible for delivering high quality, professional healthcare candidates to facility clients and maintaining excellent relations with healthcare professionals, client facilities and internal resources. The Recruiter will consistently meet or exceed established individual and team goals. Activities may include, but are not limited to: marketing, lead generating/sourcing, cold-calling, partnering with AMN internal departments, including IT, Marketing and recruitment, and managing Client accounts. RPO Recruiter will organize and oversee recruitment effort and customer service/support. Some travel to client sites may be required. Reports to the RPO Project Manager.
EDUCATION
•High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Bachelor degree.
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 2 years experience in heavy phone recruiting (sales, inside sales, corporate recruiting, agency recruiting).
• Prefer RPO industry experience.

•Comfort around higher management.
•Approachability through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Full understanding of the sales process, including excellent ability in negotiation and closing.
•Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time. Results and achievement focused.
•Composure through effective demonstration of professional demeanor in speech, writing and presentation.
•Computer savvy – internet, CRM (preferred), applicant tracking system.
